Baltic Take Over brings some of the most innovative artists from the Baltic region to Stockholm.

Over three days, the festival presents contemporary performing arts where choreography and performance meet experimental practices in works that move between body, language and identity. These works explore movement, memory and inner landscapes, as well as rhythm, protest and collective force—where the body carries questions of solidarity and politics.

In Stockholm, Baltic Take Over is presented in collaboration with STHLM DANS, Konträr, Höjden Studios and Tranströmer Library:

Baltic Take Over is is a touring performing arts festival that takes place in a new city each time. Initiated in 2023, it is curated by the New Theatre Institute of Latvia, Kanuti Gildi SAAL (Estonia) and the Lithuanian Dance Information Centre.
